Thailand's rainy season ends in September. What follows is a four-to-five-month northern winter of dry air, cool 10–15 °C nights, and 50–60% humidity — the finest natural flowering conditions of the year, when every plant produces its densest, most aromatic flower.
We build every contract cycle around it. Mother plants, cloning, and vegetative structure are established through August and September, so flowering begins with the first winter conditions in October — and partners who commit in the preparation window capture the entire winter season on our highland farms.

For partners who want proof before volume, we offer dedicated pilot grows: a contracted block of 300+ plants on our highland farmland, cultivated under the direct, on-site management of our master grower — with the buyer purchasing 100% of the block's yield at a fixed contract price, confirmed on strain selection and volume, then locked for the cycle.
The pilot occupies one corner of the plot. The same land, water, and infrastructure then carry a partner from a 300-plant trial to staggered, multi-block harvests and tonne-scale annual commitments — without ever moving sites, and with scale pricing rewarded at volume.
This programme exists for medical cannabis importers, distributors, and brands whose home-market demand has outgrown their licensed cultivation capacity — and for operators in markets where building that capacity is measured in years, not seasons.
